Microsoft 365 Business Premium allows my business to have robust and enterprise-grade IT security and business productivity software. Due to being a Managed Services Provider my business needs more than just basic IT security to safeguard data and communications. My business also needs the productivity and communications software included such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, To-Do, Lists, Planner, and Teams.
  • Security for email and data.
  • Microsoft Defender for Business is included for endpoint protection.
  • Secure communication between Microsoft 365 tenants.
  • Easy to understand management of endpoints and user accounts.
  • Security policies to protect logins.
  • Security policies for mobile phones, tablets, and PCs.
  • Admin portals for SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams.
  • Slow down the upgrades and changes.
Microsoft 365 Business Premium is very well suited for small to medium-sized organizations. Due to the robust security and governance abilities I recommend this as the starting point license for any small and medium business. The Basic and Standard licenses do not offer the unique advanced security features that Premium has to offer such as End Point Manager, Defender for Business, and policies. As well as other items. Premium may not be suited for businesses with less than 3 employees but I would highly consider it again because of the security features.

By using Microsoft 365 Business Premium throughout the organization we help each other stay in sync and interconnected. There is no way that there is someone who does not use this service. We have compared this software with others and I think this is the best, as it handles sufficiently efficient tools in day-to-day work, where everything is constantly updated.
  • Work in sync in different departments.
  • Being able to work from any device or computer. It is a very noble tool in different devices.
  • The work between the different programs (Word, Excel, Notes) that it offers is extremely light and good.
  • At times it does not recognize the spell repair tool.
  • In the creation of tables, it does not allow to recover the format of another of its programs (such as, for example, a format that we want to copy from Excel to Word is distorted).
  • When we want to use the comments section on paragraphs or parts of the document, it does not allow us to interact freely between users. Sometimes we can't name each other.
I believe that Microsoft 365 Business Premium is applicable for any type of work or scenario. It's what I like the most about this program. In addition, it is the software that is used the most here in Mexico, and that makes it accessible to all, we should not spend financial or time in training new recruits, they recognize it just by looking at it. Where I think it could not work well is in the use of some devices, such as tablets. In things, it is very difficult to use these programs on manual devices, outside of computers.

We use office 365 Business premium for nearly everything in our business. It is used throughout the entire company from the office personnel to the superintendents that are out in the field. It allows us to keep all of our data and files cloud-based so they can be accessed from anywhere. I can be working on a spreadsheet or proposal in the office and then send a link to a project manager in the field to finish it up and send it to a client. It also helped during the height of the pandemic when we were all working remotely. We use teams to conduct meetings and stay in touch with each other and our clients. Overall it has really been a game-changer as far as productivity.
  • Allows us to work remotely.
  • Allows for all employees to access the most up-to-date information at any given time.
  • Allows us to connect with out-of-town clients or those that aren't comfortable with face-to-face meetings yet.
  • The only thing that is a bit cumbersome is that it doesn't seem that you can save files directly to programs like one drive if you aren't using a Microsoft program to generate the document. An example of this would be if I am working in a PDF in our PDF Program I have to first save it to my desktop and then drag it into one drive. I end up with duplicates and that can sometimes make it hard to remember which is the most up-to-date.
Microsoft 365 Business Premium is well suited for companies that have members that work both in an office and out in the field, or maybe even remotely from home. It allows the admin to control who has access to what information and keep things secure while also ensuring that information is available to those who need it. If you are a small company of just a few employees it may not be quite as helpful, but it's hard to think of a scenario in which you couldn't make it fit your needs.

We utilize Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook daily. We also take advantage of the cloud storage to ensure the security of our documents and files, which provides easy access to all staff when shared documents are needed. It is utilized throughout the organization. It allows the organization to share documents through the cloud. Outlook is online, however, the necessities provided are perfect for what is required for the agency.
  • Cloud storage for easy access and sharing
  • Easy navigation
  • Makes it easy to provide real time feedback
Well suited for all business situations that require documentation or record keeping. This product allows for document sharing and editing, which is helpful and so many other positive things.

It Is Used By The Whole Organization. Very positive experience - any successful business would find significant efficiencies and opportunities by moving to 365.Pros When we moved away from on premise platform and old versions of exchange to office 365 - it opened up a complete new world of opportunity - the main positive things about 365 is purely the flexibility it gives you. be that working on the go or interfacing to a Microsoft application or other 3rd party apps. its absolutely invaluable.
  • I love the advanced security & ease of use with this program
  • The cloud based business applications make a world of difference.
  • A problem I've ran into using Word was that the document needed a lot of modifications in order to be uploaded as an ebook and published on Amazon.
  • I hate, hate, hate, hate the fact that you cannot install each app on its own.
Microsoft 365 is like a hub for all your Microsoft software including one drive. our office uses SharePoint and I access that along with backing up my computer and files for on the go with one drive. It just all-in-one complete productivity suite you need to do your job. An auto-save document feature (i use OneDrive) that saves me thousand time, and the fact that this software is a standard in every industry brings convenience to its users to exchange document and work on same project.

We're a consultancy working with large businesses, and Microsoft's Office products are a standard part of life. Although Word feels heavy for straightforward word processing in this day and age, Excel is still the gold standard for wrangling midsized data sets and inventories that would give other tools fits.
  • Data analysis
  • Reporting and presentation
  • Rounds of editing and collaboration on large reports and documents
  • Complex tasks are possible, but simple tasks are hard
  • Mac users are locked out of Visio
I'll be honest: as a Mac user, Microsoft 365 Business Premium feels like a poor first choice for day to day work--Numbers and Pages on MacOS are great tools for simple reports and number crunching. But the companies we work with run on Microsoft Office, and having the real thing beats any alternative for simple, no-hiccups inter-operation. Excel, in particular, is still the gold standard--dealing comfortably with datasets that Numbers and Google Sheets choke on.

The real frustration is the lack of Visio for the Mac--when collaborating with colleagues on architectural diagrams and simple visualizations for upcoming projects, translating back and forth between Mac-compatible applications (or using the web interface) is a pain.

The whole organization uses Microsoft 365 Business Premium during daily operations. Since we work in consultancy, we handle a lot of sensitive data from clients. Microsoft 365 Business Premium offers the necessary features for data privacy and security.

In addition, it offers many other features, such as share-portal, teams, office applications, and OneDrive. These enable the employees to work simultaneously with the data and decrease the operational workload.

The features such as Office 365 message encryption, data loss prevention, built-in anti-spam protection, anti-malware protection, and Microsoft Defender are very beneficial for preventing hackers and increasing online security.

The devices, Microsoft licenses, and users can be all managed by administrators of the organization. These enable the organization to decrease its costs.

  • Data security and privacy; prevention of unauthorized access
  • Online cybersecurity
  • Decrease costs by bundling multiple Microsoft products
  • Accessibility control and user management
  • OneDrive and Share portal enable building the knowledge library
  • Synchronization problems with OneDrive
  • Not enough tutorials for new users
  • Pricing model should be changed--too expensive
  • Difficult to configure policies
If the organization is a consultancy business or has more than 50 employees, then Microsoft 365 Business Premium is the right choice. If the user is a freelancer, then I do not suggest such an expensive application.

The senior employees may have difficulties to adapt to such a bundle product. OneDrive would be challenging if users start saving their personal files on business laptops. Because these files will be saved on cloud and will not be deleted for some time even though you delete them from the physical laptop.

This software is being used across our organization. We are slowly implementing it in layers to maximize everyone's use of all of the features. It allows us to keep our documents and data secure and to streamline many processes that were traditionally very limited by the lack of technological innovations. We can use Teams to communicate in real time but keep work conversations out of our text messages. Everything integrated with Sharepoint, outlook, teams, OneDrive, and Power Apps makes communication and collaboration a breeze - especially when our employees work out of separate locations.
  • Communication in real time integrated with document creation and sharing.
  • Mobile apps available with full functionality on the go.
  • Calendar and Sharepoint functionality is essential to the success of our mission.
  • Some features could be much easier to use than they currently are. Some of the apps and other features require a developer or other Microsoft Certified expert and are not as user friendly as we'd like them to be.
  • Training is available through third parties but organizations don't always have the time to do this. The self help articles on the Microsoft website are outdated sometimes - and can be a waste of time without you realizing it until it's too late!
  • Data integrity could be better managed - many times through the setup process when we upload items in bulk, the upload manager will indicate a successful data transfer but the file will be corrupted (and we didn't notice it until after we deleted the originals).
Microsoft 365 Business Premium is appropriate for medium sized organizations that require lots of real-time collaboration and data sharing. It's truly the standard for collaboration with customers or other individuals outside of your organization as well. I would recommend purchasing some sort of onboarding assistance if offered to train and assist employees and leaders in the organization with implementing this software so that it can be used to the fullest extent. This particular subscription would be less appropriate for smaller organizations or independent entrepreneurs.

Microsoft 365 Business Premium is used across our whole organization even if not all parts are used by everyone. It contains a lot of features that are useful for different departments. Whether its Outlook which connects all our employees by email or Excel which is used for our scheduling for all employees
  • Contains many different systems in one package
  • The word program is hard to be beaten by other word type programs
  • Is much easier to use than a lot of similar programs
  • Outlook email is over complicated for an email program
  • Some of the software such as Excel can be glitchy
  • Can be more costly than similar programs
Microsoft 365 Business premium is well suited if you want to get a bundle of very useful programs at one time that while may have occasional glitches are mostly well designed and most easy to use. Most businesses would benefit from this package. I cannot think of any type of business that does not use or cannot use at least part of this.

We use the full 365 Office Suite, with Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and OneDrive being the most heavily used applications. It's the industry standard, so it plays nice with the applications most of our vendors, partners and clients use. And with the subscription feature, we have access to the latest applications and updates, which gives us tremendous peace of mind from an IT security standpoint.
  • Integration -- all applications in the suite work well together and with other office software
  • Online resources -- available templates are plentiful and save time
  • Collaboration -- sharing resources is incredibly easy and collaboration tools are well designed
  • Mac compatibility -- applications are not as reliable on Mac platforms
  • Mac compatibility -- difficult to integrate with Apple file formats
  • Speed -- opening documents or spreadsheets can sometimes bog down machines
I can't think of a single business that wouldn't benefit from 365 since it's what most other businesses use. While there are competitors out there, 365 continues to be the standard, making it indispensable for any 21st-century office. Its widespread adoption also helps when recruiting potential employees, as there's an excellent chance the candidate has used some or all of the suite's applications in a previous position. But it's not perfect, and if you're [an] Apple shop, you may be frustrated by the somewhat less reliable performance on Mac machines.

We use Microsoft 365 Business Premium across the entire organization. Using this software allows us to collaborate on documents, easily share documents in a secure manner, and store documents in the cloud. This program easily integrates with Microsoft desktop applications, and allows changes to be saved in the cloud as well.
  • Document collaboration
  • Cloud storage
  • Easy connection to desktop Microsoft applications
  • Poor internet connection may reduce ability to fully use this product
  • Clearer way of communicating with others that you have a shared a document/project with them
  • Perhaps not fully compatible with older versions of Microsoft desktop applications
Microsoft 365 Business Premium would be ideal for companies that would like the ability to collaborate on or share projects via the cloud but do not want to use Google. This product also works well with Microsoft desktop applications. It would be less ideal for those who do not have good or consistent internet access, as this will limit ability to get full use out of it.

Microsoft 365 is being used across the whole organization. We have yet to tap into its full potential, however, during this time of remote work, some of the tools have been critical to our continuing business operations. Microsoft Teams in particular has allowed us to collaborate remotely as well as conduct interviews to fill open positions.
  • Collaboration
  • Communication
  • Calendaring
  • Real time collaboration
  • Cloud integration
I have used both G-suite and Microsoft group of products. Each is tool suited for a given context. While I prefer G-suite for its simplicity, integration, and built in cloud storage functionality, I would recommend Microsoft to any colleague looking for a more powerful set of tools. While the G-suite is simplistic, Microsoft 365's built in applications are simply more powerful to create documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations.

We use MS 365 Business Premium as our primary means of Unified Communications across the entire organization. We address multiple business problems with it including making collaboration with a remote work force much easier through the use of MS Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint, etc. We utilize these tools daily across the various functional departments on laptops as well as mobile devices. We integrate SharePoint in our Salesforce.com platform along with Outlook syncing with Salesforce.com so emails sent to clients log automatically and seamlessly into the Account profile within Salesforce.com.
  • Love the integration with Salesforce.com.
  • Teams enables us to communicate easily through chat as well as voice.
  • Overall integration of all the components makes for a user friendly and familiar interface.
  • The quality of accepting an inbound call coming from a laptop where I try to answer it on my cell is sometimes very iffy and the quality is a bit below par. At the same time, that same call accepted on my laptop works perfectly. I'd like to see this be a bit smoother on the mobile device.
  • We utilize WebEx for meetings as well within our organization and I feel that the WebEx interface is somewhat more user friendly and intuitive. I'd like to see the Video portion of Teams reflect a bit more of an intuitive interface.
I think it's well suited for any size business, period. There will be components of MS 365 Business Premium that are used more heavily in larger organizations, but I feel there is value in every product within this software suite that can be utilized by all organizations. It allows the consolidation of other software to hopefully save money and also to provide a consistent UI and experience for the employees by adopting the applicable software.

We use Microsoft 365 Business Premium throughout the organization--email, Microsoft Teams, Office automation tools, as well as Microsoft Project and Visio, both in the Windows version as well as the version for Mac and the versions for Android phones. It has managed to provide us with a complete platform, at the same time it has covered all the needs that we currently have as a company, providing us with a complete solution.
  • Provides a robust and secure communication platform
  • Provides easy-to-use office automation tools
  • Offers affordable premium tools
  • Provides support and technical support
  • Updates often bring complications
  • Autosave should be in all applications
  • The Team should have, by default, the ability to communicate with other organizations
I consider it appropriate in both small and large companies since it meets the needs of the company--not having the need for their own servers, having backup and security, protection in communications. The truth is it consolidates our needs very well.

Microsoft 365 [Business Premium] is being used throughout our entire organization. It allows for using multiple devices and creates a good workflow environment. Individuals use the suite of products for their projects, but easily make these files open to collaboration, discussion and overall improvement of the work product. The more the organization understands its capabilities the more they will implement and the higher the quality and quantity of work becomes. One negative (not so much 365 but Microsoft) is less popular features in programs are periodically given new names and icons... just because a programmer feels like it and good luck figuring out where they hid it and what's it called now. Likewise, creating floating pallets/ribbons would be a very useful tool. As well as being able to share ribbon personalization's to a team/company.
  • Ability to work on multiple machines
  • Always have your work accessible
  • Able to share and discuss in real time with your team
  • Stop changing feature names and icons
  • Create floating pallets/ribbons
  • Allow personalization of the ribbon to be deployed to individuals, teams and companies
Works great in any business environment. Might be overkill for personal use, kind of like killing a mosquito with a bomb. It's there, but probably overkill. I can't think of a business application that it would be bad for. Certainly a better solution than the Google platform (I hate that).

Microsoft 365 Business Premium is being used by all the departments and branches all over the world. This software and all the included tools simplify our global operations and allow the different departments to work in a standardized way on basic tasks, like email, document format, meetings, etc. And, in the Covid-19 context, Microsoft Teams helped the teams to work together, even when we lived in different countries. MS Teams help to work with all teams.
  • Apps works on almost any device
  • Very strong integrations between included apps and with third party apps
  • Constant improvements on Applications
  • Collaboration tools actually are useful
  • Web applications could have more tools
  • Mobile Outlook & Teams apps synchronization should be better
  • Mac Applications are usually behind PC counterparts on feature for a time
The tools available on the package covers several uses. In our company, the use of the Office apps, combined with Outlook / Exchange, SharePoint and MS Teams, helps us to work together, and share files with all the security that our company requires. And it also allows us to work from different devices without problems.

The biggest drawback could be the cost per user, which is a bit more expensive than the competition. And on the cheaper option, it doesn't include the MS Office applications. But, for its price, it's my opinion that they offer the most solid offer.

Microsoft 365 Business comes with many components and packages that can be utilized in virtually any business setting. We use it across the entire organization and it solves almost any business problem you could have. First off, their system for emailing is efficient and effective. It makes communicating with others anywhere in the world very simplistic. On that note, you can attach any files, even Microsoft based files such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. These programs are great to use in businesses and have many different uses. You can write memos, make presentations, or put together spreadsheets for accounting purposes.
  • Installation and use of the product is extremely easy and simplistic.
  • You can access these components from anywhere in the world and on virtually any computer or phone.
  • Once it is installed, you can use it without any internet access. This is great for when you are away on vacation or maybe even trying to get some work done on a plane.
  • Sometimes if the document is sent to another person, it can be tricky for them to edit.
  • There are many small icons within the toolbar that are supposed to help with editing and formatting your document but aren't explained. This could be confusing for first-time users.
  • Updates are too frequent.
Microsoft 365 Business is suited in almost any business, small or large. I know people that use Microsoft Word as a way to create and make invoices for their clients. I also know large businesses that use Microsoft Word in order to make letter of authorizations with company letterhead. The things that you are able to accomplish on all platforms for Microsoft 365 Business can be taken advantage of by almost anyone. In my opinion, there is no scenario where it wouldn't be appropriate.

When I started using Microsoft Business every aspect of my company was covered because of it. It provides every practical and needed tool. I personally recommend it to everyone.
  • Client communication.
  • Compliance.
  • I would like to have a longer license contract.
  • Wish it was available in other operating systems.
I start my day utilizing Microsoft 365 business, and it suits my needs, It gives me and my employees the ability to stay focused on our tasks, manage all the field workers effectively, combine documentation, structure our policies, stay competitive, track our inventory, and maintain organized projects. I have nothing but great things to say about it and I completely recommend it. The price is very affordable in comparison to how much I can generate from it.

Microsoft 365 Business is absolutely integral to the corporate accounting department at my publishing company. We've even recently been on-boarding aspects of the software suite that make previously used software irrelevant, like using Microsoft Teams instead of Skype or Slack.

The seamless integration of Outlook with all other programs in the suite makes document sharing a breeze. Cloud integration with OneDrive makes collaboration so much easier during month-end tasks that require a reconciliation, roll forward, or schedule to be looked at or contributed to by so many people without copy after copy floating around.

But selfishly, one of my favorite aspects of 365 is dark themes. Not only for aesthetic reasons (which do factor in), but for eye strain too! Cutting down on blue light in any way possible is always a plus, and thanks to darker themes in programs that are nearly always open on my PC (Outlook, Excel, etc.), those long-day headaches are far less frequent.

Something else to keep in mind with 365 is the ability for employees to contribute on another machine if their own issued computer is out of commission. With 365, documents need not be tied down to a machine that is lost, stolen, or in repair.

  • Outlook integration: as mentioned in the rest of the review, working with documents, spreadsheets, etc. in Outlook is seamless. Previewing an Excel doc instead of opening can be a lifesaver when there are already 15 windows of Excel open!
  • Aesthetics: while not the most important feature of any software, appearance can go a long way to make the experience feel less like a chore, and can also contribute to usability for a newer user.
  • Time Management: Outlook works with Calendars, Teams, and Contact books to make meeting scheduling and execution easy, but with 365, the cloud focus allows even greater flexibility for someone working from home or calling into a meeting remotely.
  • Memory management: on the more technical side, 365 manages the CPU and RAM of the user's machine in a way that isn't wasteful, and I personally have experienced far fewer crashes in cloud-based documents.
  • In Excel: being an accountant, this is obviously the program I use most, and where I notice the most areas for improvement. Microsoft has historically paid attention to its community feedback, but could do so in a more timely manner, and also come back around to some of the issues that have multiple hundred "me too!" responses, but no official fix other than a program restart, or worse, none at all.
  • In Microsoft Word: historically, page numbering has been a major issue with Word, and continues to be in 365. The system is confusing, clunky, and many users end up needing to put in manual text boxes to number pages. It's a relatively small issue, but frustrating on the occasions that it arises.
  • In Outlook: having a view option for threads that collapses the traditional long-form to something more quickly scan-able would be huge. Compressing the four or five lines of "From", "To", "CC", and "BCC" into a single "John Doe to Jane Smith copying Mike Jones", and offering the longer form for the more traditional types would be an example.
For technical tasks, in-company information, and cross-team collaboration, Microsoft 365 is perfect. For intra-company collaborations, more creative efforts, and outward-facing reporting, it may be still useful, albeit less seamless. For creative job roles, writers, web editors, designers, etc., the Microsoft suite may clash with their usage of Mac and Adobe suites.

We use Microsoft 365 Business across most of our organization. I probably use it the most. Our sales team and other management also use it daily. Our sales team uses it for downloading and saving their customer marketing lists and call logs. They also use it to write scripts for pitching on their accounts. This is where we use it as a group so to speak. We have a group of us that collaborate on scripts and other documents and this program allows us to recommend changes to each other, chat with each other on the document in real time. We can protect our propriety information and only give access to those who need it. We can also limit the access to view or edit.
  • In my opinion the best feature for our business is being able to log in to different things remotely. I can access documents on my phone, my tablet, and even my home computer. Quite often I get a call while shopping or what have you with a work question and I love being able to take out my phone and easily answer a question or view a document.
  • PowerPoint of course is a necessity in any business that is selling something. We are able to show a presentation to a potential client out in the field easily.
  • When I was doing sales before I went into services there was an instance that while at the grocery store I ran into a potential client who started asking me questions on our services. I literally pulled out my phone and played a powerpoint presentation, I was also able to access other documents that were needed, I was able to edit them right on the spot. The next day I had a new client, signed sealed and delivered!!!
  • Being able to set up conference calls and sent out invites easily to a group along with call-in number and code. Really easy to use.
  • There are times when I have to "Skype" a client or someone and I really find that difficult to use. I don't really know how to improve it, I just don't like it.
  • There was one time I was trying to do a mass email to my contacts and that was a pain as it was restricted on how many I could do. It hasn't been a problem since so I am unsure if IT fixed it.
For our company it is great because we use a lot of the features it comes with such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Word and Excel - I use all day long and so do our sales team. I do think a larger company with a management team can benefit from this software and enable them to save time in amending documents, have meetings, and be able to work remotely. A smaller company is probably not going to need this and could manage with just purchasing some individual software such as a document program and maybe a bookkeeping program. My opinion - this is only cost effective for large companies.

MS Office 365 is the system of choice for us going forward. It does have a number of benefits when it comes to providing the ability to work from any location. Personally, I bought into the concept of moving to cloud for system applications just because we will have the latest tools all the time and there is less change fatigue. Traditionally, the system changes come in one big initiative putting a strain on the resources and personnel.
  • The ability to move from system to system within an ecosystem and continue that chain of work has been extremely useful for me.
  • Hosting applications in the cloud have eliminated the need for huge capital investments in the conference rooms.
  • I believe in the long run it helps in relieving the change fatigue across the organization, particularly when we move to upgrade our systems.
  • Microsoft Office 365 absolutely needs some fundamental infrastructure. Without a reliable internet connection, there have been many instances when people have worked on a document offline and it never got updated. Such user experience pain points put a strain on the transformational changes you want to bring about in the organization.
  • I think the biggest challenges will be adoption. There is just a lack of education from Microsoft.
  • There will always be security challenges. I don't think these will go away but each concern needs to be seriously addressed.
Mature organizations who have already taken on the journey to the cloud and also have started investing in the associated infrastructure are good test cases. A good assessment of the current state of their storage will go a long way in making sure the end result is not painful for the users.

We use it across our whole organization, daily by most employees. We use all products in the mix, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Skype, Teams, PowerBI, etc. It helps us manage our email, create reports with Excel and PowerBI, communicate with each other with Skype and Teams. We are currently in the process of migrating to Teams.
  • Outlook and the security behind it help us manage and securely read our email.
  • Excel is used heavily by our finance departments for reporting.
  • Teams is becoming our go to application for instant messaging and remote meetings.
  • As of late, Microsoft's support has taken a dive. Open tickets that have not been responded to for weeks. Newly opened tickets with no response for weeks.
  • I would like to see Outlook adopt some of the features from Gmail (example: appointments and reminders auto-added to your calendar).
  • Teams can be very slow in opening OneNote tabs and updating pages.
It is well suited for business apps such as Excel and PowerBI. It needs some help in keeping up with technology in Outlook.

Microsoft 365 is being used throughout the organization. It provides a higher level of security and an easy way to log in from any location to access files by it being a cloud-based software. It is beneficial from an IT perspective because you never have to continue to buy upgrades of the operating system or software applications since it is a subscription based software that operates on the cloud. This is a major cost savings because you don't have to hire technicians to go throughout the company completing software upgrades. This also saves on downtime for upgrades. The software is always up-to-date. This is one of the best features of Microsoft 365.
  • Security is a great strength
  • User-friendly
  • Cloud based software
  • Always up-to-date
  • Accessibility
  • I'd like to see the application software have version history by date and time like Google Sheets.
The great part about Microsoft 365 is its compatibility with other software applications. It is widely used by most companies, very reliable and stable. I like the way it performs with touchscreens. However, it is now time for Microsoft 365 to look into more innovation.

Microsoft Office 365 Business is used across my entire organization of around 1000 people. This software is used by my organization for collaboration, presentations, financial analysis, and note taking. The accessibility of this software is extremely useful to myself and my co-workers as it allows us to work from anywhere that has an internet connection.
  • Convenient for accessing anywhere
  • Cross platform capabilities (Windows, iOS, web browsers, etc)
  • Powerful software that has become the gold standard in ever organization (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Mobile applications are underwhelming
They've made it so easy to use the Microsoft Office products that nothing else even comes to mind when recommending a solution.
